My N360 updated to Premium yesterday. I am unable to activate the product. ALready uninstalled using the Norton Removal Tool and downloaded again, but still does not activate (same error, see attached PDF). I also deleted the PC from my account in order to have available installations, so the problem is not on my side!

My PC is an i5 Desktop with Windows 7 Home Premium.

Can you please guide me towards a solution?
