Active Subscription is showing inactive on my device

Issue abstract: My subscription has been renewed and is active on Norton 360 but in the app. on my Mac is showing as inactive.

Detailed description: My subscription has been renewed and is active on Norton 360 but in the app. on my Mac is showing as inactive. I’ve signed out and signed back in. I also removed the device and added it back but it hasn’t worked.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Deluxe

OS details: Sequoia 15.1

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling again? I have never experienced this issue. If that doesn’t solve then you should contact Norton chat support.
