Several times the following has occurred... I am logged in to my Windows account, but with Fast User Switching - or whatever it's called now - my child will be logged in and actively using the computer, while I remain logged in (just disconnected) simultaneously. Both my child and myself each use Norton to monitor our respective accounts. What has happened is that it will show that I have used the computer passed my curfew - and I don't have any time restrictions configured for myself (it's set to "Off" for me) - while my child uses the computer - and passes their curfew.
Similarly, they will navigate to a site which is blocked for them (but not for me) and it will say that I attempted to access that site...
Why is Norton getting mixed up between two distinct accounts? It seems like it's getting its signals crossed...
