Although all three of my children have been on the internet, only one of them has an activity log showing activity. The other two say "no activity for last 7 days". Is there something I need to do on the computers of those two to get NOF to log their activities again?

I assume these two children's accounts are monitored (you can verify that by going to Settings - Profile and the children are indicated as "XXX is protected").
Is this just happening today, or how long has it been going on?

Yes, they are indicated as protected. Do I need to try to reinstall on those computers? It has been going on for over a month.

Do the children have different Windows accounts to log onto the PC? Please make sure each of Windows accounts are used and have been associated with different profiles online.
After you reinstall Norton Safety Minder, please make sure you have associated the children’s Windows accounts with the children’s profiles online.
