Activity Report is incomplete

I am re-posting this topic because the previous posting got sidetracked into a discussion about aggregation of items.

 

This topic is about the report getting stuck at a single screen length regardless of the amount of activity and regardless of what I select under "show activity for..."

 

Today when I view the All Activity report for the Last 7 days I see a single screen consisting of 33 items and no Next> button at the bottom of the screen. Therefore I have no way of viewing any activity before those 33 items. In this particular case that covers a period of exactly 3 hours.

 

If I switch to the Web report for the Last 7 days I see a screen with 50 items and a Next> button at the bottom of the screen which allows me to scroll back through 41 pages representing those 7 days.

 

The Instant Messaging report is even stranger. It displays only a small number of items (today it is 6) and a Next> button which steps me back through messages at a rate of one or two per screen. Sometimes every click of the Next> button displays the same single IM item but with a time stamp which is slightly earlier (I need approximately 5 clicks to move back one minute on the time stamp).

 

What makes this whole scenario even stranger is that the NOF account for another child works exactly as expected. They are using the same wireless network, same operating system, same IM provider.

 

Last time I posted this item Katie said it is a known issue and is under investigation. So, any progress? It is important because for me it reduces a major capability of NOF which is to keep an eye on the use of internet messaging both in terms of who with and how long. As things stand at the moment if I don't look every three hours I won't see what's happening.

I am having the same problem. I ask for "all" activity, and I get 3 pages of today's activity and then it ends?  SOMETIMES it works...... How do we get ahold of someone to actually answer questions without waiting for a moderator to respond?
