1) Norton Manage is a good idea, but although My Devices works well the My Products page gave me problems. I see a lot of products which I used to have 10 years ago, and a product I don't have (to my knowledge) was also listed there.
However there is no option to delete products, and when I tried a CHAT, the agent said she could not delete licences either.
2) In my list of products, Norton Save & Restore is listed, but I was told by Norton to move to Ghost and so replaced NSR. But my 2 copies of Ghost do not appear.
