Add the device to child name

It's been sometime that I have bought Norton antivirus product. Still you have not been able to solve Norton family issue. In my case I not able to add the device ( PC ) to my child's name. She is not protected. I can sign her in but the message says your child is not assigned to this computer. What the heck is the problem? Do I have to upgrade it to the premium one you are offering or it should work at the base one too. The PC is window 7, 62 bits.

Have you gone to the Settings -> Profile online and select the child's Profile to the child's Window account?

 

If above doesn't help, can you please post a screen shot of the message "your child is not assigned to this computer"?

The answer to your question is yes. 

 

Here is the message I get: I go to "here" to download and install at the bottom message. It won't work. I have done it times and times.

 

Wait! Did you know that Nastaran is not currently assigned to a computer? Click here to download and install the Norton Family on this computer.
To download and install on another computer, click here.

Then what happens when you install Norton Family on the PC and assign the child to the child's Windows account?  Were you able to install Norton Family successfully?

This is the area I'm not exactly sure the download takes place or not. It says updated successfully but at the same time I have the message I sent you earlier " wait your child is not assigned to the computer".
