I originally created my Safety Minder acct on the family PC for my kids online protection. Shortly after initializing the acct I added a laptop that my children use for schoolwork; about a year ago. I now have new PC (old one is gone) and want to add it to my Safety Minder acct. I've spent over 4 hrs with Norton reps attempting to do this, without completely re-establishing my acct and all my kids profiles within it...no luck. Does anyone know how to simply add a new computer to the acct? I don't recall how I added the laptop in the past - I just deleted the original PC acct but that didn't help to establish the new PC add-on within Safety Minder.
