My Windows XP Program Files has remnants of old applications that were supposedly removed via the Add/Remove Programs control panel. I tried Revo Uninstaller Pro, but it did not detect these old folders. Before I manually delete them, I tried adding Program Files to the default backup set in Norton 360, then running the backup. When I went back and checked the details of the backup, the Program Files did not appear on the list of backed up items. Anyone have a clue?
