I have been using Norton 360 since 2010 and would buy a subscription from a 3rd party vendor once or twice a year. I would have this subscription added to my existing to extend the expire date which is current 2027. However this last time I added a subscription, it created a new subscription for me and did not add it to my existing. How do I fix this?
