Adding to current license

I have been using Norton 360 since 2010 and would buy a subscription from a 3rd party vendor once or twice a year. I would have this subscription added to my existing to extend the expire date which is current 2027. However this last time I added a subscription, it created a new subscription for me and did not add it to my existing. How do I fix this?

Please contact Norton support…request new Key term added to current subscription remaining days (as it sounds like you’ve done before).

If you purchased a product from a retail store, you need to create a Norton account or add the purchased product to your existing account. For detailed steps, read Download your Norton product purchased from a retail store.

Users may extend up to 4 years by contacting Norton support
