Adjustments with account after update

Recently upgraded to a new product. When I login now I immediately see data relating to products I previously purchased and they show them as being retired. When I go to my financial account used to pay, it shows multiple charges but I do not have a clue as to what products were purchased. I need a phone number to talk to someone. can you provide?

No I have not seen a solution and the problem still exists

Have you spoken to Norton support and not getting any action from them? IF that is the case I will escalate your issue to a Norton admin for presentation to a team that can help you. Please advise.
