Admin account being blocked after monitored account logs in

My account (admin) is logged in at all times. I tend to leave my web browser open or file sharing program running. When one of my children's accounts log in, it will start blocking the file sharing program running on the admin account and/or it will block websites on the admin account. When I switch back to the admin account, the problem disappears if I close/reopen the web browser/file sharing program. Is there a fix for this?

O read the other thread and I read about the workaround. Do you have an ETA when the actual problem is fixed? My account is almost always logged in with a web browser open. So I've allowed my monitored accounts access facebook so now when I check the activity log it will show numerous entries for my monitored accounts accessing facebook when in reality it was my account that was accessing facebook....
