What do I do if I can't remember my administrator password for Norton 360 Premier Edition?"

What do you mean by Admin. Password? Where can you see it?

When I go into settings if I click on something to make a change I am presented with a box asking for my password. I have tried all of the passwords I use for various other areas in Norton 360 and none of them are accepted so I can only assume this is wanting the "master" password I used when I first installed the program a few years ago. I have not needed to make any changes since then and have forgotten what it is. Is there some way to get into the program and change it after proving you are really you? I have seen and used this feature in some other programs and thought Norton would have it too but I don't see it anywhere.

You're welcome.  And of course, if you prefer not to password-protect the settings, you can always turn that feature off now that you can once again get to the settings.
