I started having problems with One Click Support (it couldn't connect) and CPU Usage (it displays but is all zeros) and was told by tech support via email that there is an incompatibility with Adobe Flash Player Version 10. I managed to get online support from a technician and he couldn't get the problem resolved. One of the things he did was download Flash player but when I did a version check this morning it seems I have version 10 installed. My laptop has V9 and works fine.
How do I go back to the old version and has anybody else heard of this problem?
