aem.server.shared.dll marked "Bad" in NIS 2013 Reputation Scan--why?

Windows XP SP3 computer.  I ran a NIS 2013 Reputation Scan (Full System Scan) on my computer's files.  File "aem.server.shared.dll" is marked "Bad."  File Insight indicates, "There are many indications this file is untrustworthy."

May I ask, why?  That file is apparently utilized by my AMD Radeon HD 6570 graphics card's Catalyst Control Center, and I would think it very unlikely that AMD would include a malicious file in their software.

Is this an error on the part of NIS 2013?  I can't find anything in the Norton Community regarding any malicious behavior by this file at all.

Thanks.
