I have been mining with Norton Crypto for about 2 months but yesterday morning the mining tile was gone. Is there a fix for this?
UPDATE: I uninstalled and reinstalled my GPU through device manager and that seemed to fix the issue.

We have solved the issue of the miner tile disappearing on re-install.
My Norton came today for some reason as well. I didn't change anything major, lately.
As I mentioned to you Matt, my option came back yesterday about noon. I did do a full uninstall and not the option to uninstall with successive install. I did that later with a new key, hence the problem. I guess if had chosen the other option it should have worked fine. Thanks.
I did start mining again last night and it was looking decent, ran through the night. This morn things were not going well so I shut it down again. Will post you in PM.
We found and fixed an issue where during a reinstall if a user said "wipe all my data" it would remove the feature flag that was set initially when the GPU was determined to be viable. During the reinstall however it should have asked the same question, however we found out that the client when told to get the latest feature flags, Norton Crypto had a shorter end date than we expected.
We increased the end date and if you make certain you are logged in and do a reboot, it should show the norton crypto tile if you have a viable GPU.

Sounds crazy but my Crypto noticed never showed up till I ran MSI Afterburner and possibly reset the video card settings. Now I shows when I go to My Norton.
FYI. I now have the prompt on 360; 'Turn you PC's idle time into cash'! I did not do anything, was not there around 10 am then about 1130, there! I don't recommend uninstalling/reinstalling anything right now, Matt (Admin) told me they are working toward getting things fixed on their end and so far so good. I'm not going to try mining just yet, waiting a green light from Admin.
For all those including myself who after a re-install can no longer see the Norton crypto app, do you have Norton Anti-Track installed?
I could not log into NFL Game Pass until I uninstalled Norton Anti-Track. I will try to re-install Norton Anti-virus now and see if the Norton crypto app suddenly shows up again ;)
Yeah...I hear you. I have some cash in my wallet from mining but would like to continue mining. I certainly hope they fix this issue. It's one of the reasons I am keeping Norton. May look for something cheaper when my subscription is up in December if the mining is not restored.
Still nothing on mine either, been 48 hrs since my Norton reload; guess that was a mistake. I tried to logoff/login account and rebooted, Live updates, app is just gone. I know the NCrypt.exe is on my computer and latest build, even tried to run it from the exe file; nothing. Tried to run it in the command window, nothing. Also dug around the Norton 360 setting to see if there was anything to turn on, there is nothing in there on mining at all. OS won't let me open the many crash files, having those are somewhat telling of app problems in general. Hell, I dug around the last dump file, just to punish myself more, nothing but mainly gibberish like many files as such. I'm not going to reload again, a real pain to set up again my back ups and run them.
Strange and hope it gets fixed since I was stuck at 0.00358xxx (after a strange drop from 0.00362xxx) and would like to at least get my 1st .004. I checked my cloud wallet, balance still there at least. Waiting on word from Admin, we shall see.
So does anyone know how to restore crypto mining? As I stated above I lost the feature when Norton updated.

The same problem here. Norton apparently had an update and then it never installed properly. Norton said it had to uninstall and reinstall to fix the problem. It did so and now crypto is no longer available. I lost a bit of money if I can't get it back. I hope there is a solution to this.
