After reloading V24 I have duplicate icons on desktop and tray?

Issue abstract:
After installing the new utilities ultimate the computer takes ages to boot up. Also appears two vpn Norton and Microsoft. Boots up instantly when using a Microsoft browser but not a google chrome. What do I do to fix this boot up problem. I have already turned off all programs in start up. It appears I must use edge or bing on start up. Thks for any help or ideas.

then i has som good news to you norton is working on a big update the 25.1 possible comming erly next year ore when it is ready but try to remove all and start by install norton utilities first and disable all in process only enable what is extrem importen and install them one by one did that help there a 6 major bug in the norton utilities right now that is why that update is comming more you need to now
