After the 90-day period expires, what percentage of time do data brokers upload the information you have requested removed?  It seems logical that data brokers should have to abide by our request.  If I approach these data brokers personally, then will they remove my information permanently?

In general, data brokers are required by law to comply with requests to remove personal information that is inaccurate or no longer relevant, but the timeframe for such removal can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the request and the broker's internal procedures. It is possible that some brokers may not remove information immediately or may retain some information for a certain period of time for legal or operational reasons.

If you have made a request to a data broker to remove your personal information and are concerned about their compliance, it may be helpful to follow up with the broker directly and inquire about their specific policies and procedures for processing removal requests.
