This process is again gobbling up to 40% of my CPU on a constant basis. RAM usage ranges from 350M-400M. I thought it was the idle scan but from the screenshot you can see it runs even then PC is idle. I removed NIS 2011 a few week ago and reinstalled which resolved the issue but it is back again. Any thoughts?
You may want to read my thread, I have been fighting with this ccsvchst high CPU usage since I installed NIS 2011 4 months ago! My recent fix was to uninstall NIS using add-remove then run the Norton Removal tool 4 times then reinstall NIS2011. Now it's been 2 weeks, and no problem, yet.

I think this problem should resolve in the next update of NCW, and I think the problem comes from this service, particularly in the ncw.dll, I've never had this kind of problem in the versions I had installed since 2005 I hope to rectify it and not play in the upcoming version 2012. Greetings .-
