This is what worked for me. I have a file server and it was updated the other day, all my other PC’s are Win 10 and can all access my network drives. However, my Win 11 laptop can’t access those drives.
I went to the server and it had the same message on it that you posted. I went into:
Security>Advanced>Intrusion Prevention (select the ‘gear’). I ended up just turning off Remote Access Protection. I had tried other settings and even setting an exclusion for the laptop’s IP but no dice. As soon as I shut it off my network drives came back on-line to the laptop.

It was fixed for quite some time, but I had to reinstall win11 pro on the SAME laptop & the problem has started up again… I can’t even remember how i fixed the problem last December!
AHA - disabling “File and Printer sharing protection” works!
there are only 1 bug in the 25.3 i think and that is the safecam dont work on som pc and that the patch note is not right there are more in it in you that is all

Well, nothing. I was simply noting that my Recent networks here listed Proton VPN.
