Allowing skype to access my camera

I have Norton 360 Deluxe and it has blocked skype from accessing my camera. I need to restore access but the instructions on the Norton advice webpage (https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/solutions/v126148153) do not correspond to the options that I have on my account page:

What is the error message you are seeing?

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

are you Norton v22 or v24?
posted link appears to be for v22

Configure access settings for your webcam with SafeCam here

I’m not sure which version I have. Where would I find it? When I go into my account there doesn’t seem to be any reference to Safecam and all there is under privacy is what data Norton holds about me.

v22 = Classic view → Help → About
v24 = Settings → About

Please share your geo-location/country?
Norton product branding/offerings/entitlements may vary by geo-location/country & by vendor.

SafeCam is Norton 360 feature/function.

v24 = Settings → About

v24 = Settings → Features (Note: you may need to scroll page)

I can’t see either help or settings. The tabs I’ve got are:
My devices
My protection
Protection report
Renewal settings
Inbox
Support
My account
Within my account I have my subscriptions. my benefits, account settings (which just gives my contact details and email preferences), privacy options (what data Norton holds about me) billing information and order history. I can’t find any mention of Safecam.

v25

Please look at your Norton 360 product … not your Norton account.
If your v22. Please switch to Classic view.

If you’re v22…I do not have ready access to v22 pics.
We’ll need v22 user to chime in.

Ah, that’s where I’ve been going wrong. Problem solved! Thanks very much for your help; much appreciated.

Ah, that’s a relief. Thanks for posting your progress.
So, are you v22 or v24/v25?

V24. That’s something I’ve learnt. Thanks again for your patience (as you can probably tell, I’m not very tech-savvy).

Okay…v24…Thanks
