Is it possible that im infected? because i had "downloader" and i didnt know it for about 1 month and it might have downloaded something , but NIS 2009 found the downloader and another malware but im not sure that my computer is clean.
One of the reasons is because i have 2 GB ram and the max free ram is about 1.5 GB , is the 500MB taken because windows is running or is it a malware?
Also , there is a process that is named "SMSS" and "CSRSS" and as far as i can remember .
Is there a way so i can get 100% sure that my computer is clean?
