@user9960 The Fire OS is NOT natively supported by Norton. There are claims that using the SILK browser ( comes pre-installed on Fire tablets ) you can install Google Play on the Fire OS. Doing so most always requires installing a third party APK. That is a very, very risky thing since these APK’s can be packed with malware.

Using the tutorial being provided, is at YOUR OWN RISK entirely. If I read correctly you appear to have already installed the desired APK. If that is the case you should then be able to search the Google Play store for Norton mobile and download. Again, this is at your own, personal risk.
