AMAZON UK, Norton VPN ULT, With wrong Country's S/N They are selling EU S/N in error

I needed to but Norton VPN ULT, so i bought it off Amazon UK, I never heard more and in the redeem box its empty, then I get an email, saying here is your code, i entered code, and it says, this code is invalid for your country. Bottom line of findings, Amazon UK, purchased the code from Amazon Media EU, their codes are only valid for the EU, and will not work in the UK. I have spent days on tel to Norton, just get the run around, its escalated to level 3, but nothing heard from Norton. Similarly, Amazon UK, say, its their 3rd party seller, to fix ?, Amazon UK wont refund, wont give me a UK serial number, others on the UK web site now say same issue. Wrong country’s serial number.

You need to be careful when purchasing from Amazon to look at who the seller is. An item is often sold through the Amazon Marketplace and not directly from Amazon. This is why you are getting the runaround from Amazon.

Check your email with the key to find the contact information for the seller. Contact them directly and explain your issue and request a refund or that they supply a UK valid key.
