Amount Debited but no subscription allowed in India

Dear all
My subscription money has been debited, there is no download available for India. How can i get refund. Beacause norton site onlytaking me from one tab to another to opening 10s of tabs. Does Norton actually refunds or not

Are you trying to download from your Norton Account?

If you got an email receipt for your payment it should have included the product key for your subscription. You can enter that key at My Norton - Login | Manage, Download or Setup an Account . That will allow you to enter a new product key and take you to the appropriate download.
