An intrusion was blocked. Help! Malicious Toolkit Website 12

So for the last couple of days, I've been seeing a popup from norton saying that blocked an intrusion by the same ip address. I am pretty sure I haven't been doing anything suspect at the time. I've looked around on the norton forums here and I couldn't find anything. From what I could find elsewhere I'm being told it might be the ads in skype, though I never click on them.

I've copied the log from one of the intrusions below:

The only sites I've been on during these attacks were skyrim wiki pages, and I'm fairly sure that those are safe. I have also been in 1v1 skype calls each time, where there are skype ads. Is this truly something originating from the ads in skype? Should I be worried at all about these, or should I feel fine since the attempts have been blocked? Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi naferris165

If Norton is reporting it has block an attack then its blocked it and you shouldn’t be concerned about the report.  If you click on the Norton icon, click advanced, click history and on the drop down menu click resolved security risks and scroll there’s problem a lot of things there that means the Norton product is working to provide protection.

Can you contact skype as the below text does mention their name so they may haven hacked and don’t know about it.

The attack was resulted from \DEVICE\HARDDISKVOLUME2\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\SKYPE\PHONE\SKYPE.EXE.
