Android Devices not showing

Just started my trial with Norton Family Premier.  I have installed the Norton Family Protection app on two phones: a Samsung J3V and a Samsung S7.  The phones are logged in with my account and receive the updates of changes to House Rules, etc.  I can view the child's activity from my parent account on the other phone.  However, the online dashboard does not show any devices being monitored.  I also am only being given the option of blocking two apps on the J3V.
