Android home 360 icon

How, if at all, can I get rid of the annoying 360 Icon / button / whatever it is, on the home screen?  I can move it around, but it stays on the edge of the screen.  Pushing it, turns it bright, but serves no purpose that I can see.  Scans occur whether dark or selected.  Android 13

Good news. Glad I could help.

Thanks for posting back.

Thank You for finding that.  Works perfectly.  smiley

I was right about it being a shortcut setting, but it is in Android Accessibility Service settings. See this post.

Thank You for the suggestion.  Unfortunatly I could not find any place where it could be set off. Guess I need to find a location that irritates me the least.  frown

That is a new setting in the later Android versions for shortcuts to an app. Check in Android Settings > Apps  and look for Norton 360. Look through the settings for the app to see if you can find a shortcut setting, turn it off and see if that resolves your issue.

I do not have an Android version that can access that feature, so I am posting this from my not so accurate memory.
