HTC 626 AT&T - purchased new Dec 2015. I then installed Norton Family and set house rules limiting time between 10 pm and 6 am. That part seems to work. What doesn’t work is active time tracking. I first set it to 5 hrs, then moved it to 8 hrs, because I thought a background app was keeping it active. But it seems as if it’s counting fast. The website showed that the phone reached its 8 hour limit before 7 1/2 hours were up from the 6am unlock. My son has been in school so there is no way he could’ve been actively on it even the 7 1/2 hours, and impossible to be on it 8 hours from 6 am when is only 1:30 pm! Any suggestions?
