I have NIS on two w8 laptops can i use the remaining licence on my android smart phone [galaxy s3 soon to be a s5].

 

if yes any tips on running it on a phone please.

Thanks. I will contact them to see what my problem is and can they solve it. I appreciate your help.

What exact Norton product are you using on your computer? The 3 device limit sounds like an older Norton Internet Security, or Norton 360 product, that did not allow for installation on mobile devices. If this is the case, contact Norton Support and ask them to upgrade your subscription to one of the newer Norton Security products. That will allow you to activate your mobile product

If you do have Norton Security already, have you signed into your Norton Account from the Norton Mobile Security app? Tap on the 3 bars at the top left of the Norton screen, then tap on Sign In.
