Running 360 Deluxe (no Category for Deluxe??) and every time I run Quick Scan I receive a Notification that it has completed – but I have to go WAY around the corner to eliminate it… and until I have eliminated it, there is a Notification Bubble attached to the Systray Icon WHICH I DO NOT WANT to leave on my Parents’ machine~!!

I couldn’t find anything to stop the blue warning from showing after a quick scan.
One full week later and there is still NO HELP in alleviating this~

Apparently it has been addressed, finally.
Ran Quick Scans on Remotes and have not received the ‘bubble’ – have not received a Message in the Inbox that needs attention~

I successfully ran Quick Scan remotely on multiple machines, none of which had the ‘bubble’ or Message … INITIALLY~!!
BUT-- I too am still experiencing the issue a/o 0130hrs 11/17/2024
I do not have differing Settings or Versions – v. 24.11.9615 (build 24.11.9615.883)
My Primary computer had both the ‘bubble’ and the Message in my Inbox a/o 0130hrs
(which I was required to view LONG AFTER the fact, to clear the ‘bubble’)
Ran Quick Scan on a Remote device and the Notification and Message are back there as well.
I have been getting these Inbox notifications every morning since my SmartScan runs at night. The Inbox only shows that a successful scan has run with no issues. I have all notifications for turned off for non-critical issues. It’s just a pain to have to open Norton and clear this every morning.
Just now I have a notification that just says “undefined.” It doesn’t go away when I click "Got it!). I can’t seem to determine which release of v24 I’m on.
I am having the very same annoying problem and just made a post about it.

My Inbox now says that I have 3 messages but I just have two of the “undefined” entries instead of the one yesterday. No way to clear them as “Got it” doesn’t do anything.

It’s now mid March, has there been any progress? I run a daily Full Scan, get a notification every day, even after turning off routine notifications as specified above. It really is annoying, since you can’t afford to ignore it. Please fix.
