Running 360 Deluxe (no Category for Deluxe??) and every time I run Quick Scan I receive a Notification that it has completed – but I have to go WAY around the corner to eliminate it… and until I have eliminated it, there is a Notification Bubble attached to the Systray Icon WHICH I DO NOT WANT to leave on my Parents’ machine~!!

I HAVE muted informational notifications and special offers… WHY does this persist?
I hope this is a bug…
I couldn’t find anything to stop the blue warning from showing after a quick scan.
One full week later and there is still NO HELP in alleviating this~
- this is STILL an issue/complication
- I am much less inclined to remain a Customer
- the clock is Ticking~

Apparently it has been addressed, finally.
Ran Quick Scans on Remotes and have not received the ‘bubble’ – have not received a Message in the Inbox that needs attention~
I did not receive any communications (I also entered Feedback)
- they have not ‘Owned’ the issue
- but they ‘fixed’ it
I am still experiencing this issue as of 11/17/24.

I successfully ran Quick Scan remotely on multiple machines, none of which had the ‘bubble’ or Message … INITIALLY~!!
BUT-- I too am still experiencing the issue a/o 0130hrs 11/17/2024
I do not have differing Settings or Versions – v. 24.11.9615 (build 24.11.9615.883)
My Primary computer had both the ‘bubble’ and the Message in my Inbox a/o 0130hrs
(which I was required to view LONG AFTER the fact, to clear the ‘bubble’)
Ran Quick Scan on a Remote device and the Notification and Message are back there as well.
