Annoying pop up re tracking sites

Issue abstract:

Detailed description: Every few minutes when a browser is open (either Edge or Firefox) I get an annoying pop up from Norton 360 regarding site tracking. I cannot stop them. I then get asked to install a version of Norton AntiTrack at a big price.

How do I permanently stop them.
