When ever I open a new window or tab on Microsoft e=Edge, I get an annoying Norton Pop-Up, stating Threat Secured, Scan PC Recommended. This happens on every tab or window I open in edge, but does not Google Chrome.
Is there anyway of turning these annoying Pop-Up’s off?

Did you clear browser cookies n cache?
Do you run browser sync?
Did you recently install any program / browser extension?
Did you recently allow push notifications?
Did you recently change site permissions?
Did you run Norton Full Scan?
Did you run Malwarebytes Scan?
Finally found the cause, I was running an ad blocker (quantunadblocker), Norton didn’t like the add blocker so blocked the ad blocker on every page when opened in Edge. Unable to uninstall the ad blocker, as Norton kept disabling access and blocking the adblocker, so ended up in a loop.
Only option, shut down Norton, remove ad blocker, restart Norton and hope ad blocker hasn’t resurfaced

You have got to be kidding me. I spend hundreds on this product, endure countless daily marketing spam, fend off its popups, and now I am supposed to undergo all these other measures? What do your engineers do all day long besides kowtow to the marketing department’s insatiable lust for more and more of my money? FIX YOUR PRODUCT. I am actively looking for a competitor, any competitor, who will enable me to break your hold on my time and my wallet.
