I have a 10 Licence Norton 360 Advanced licence currently on 4 devices.
New desktop had 360 Deluxe installed and let it run until trial ran out - ran the removal tool from Norton site (remove only) and whenever I try to install the 360 advanced I get "another download manager is currently running" - is there a location I can get the full install copy to download and then link it to my account?
Thank you - worked perfectly - installed instantly on 4 devices and this brand new one was driving me mad but the solution worked for me.
