When you come upon a site that is not working correctly, click the Identity Safe button on the Norton Toolbar and select Report Issue from the dropdown menu. That is probably the best way to flag a site that is being uncooperative, login-wise.
1) You had already stored a login for this URL you had mentioned above and when you revisit this website the Logins are not autofilled, is that your issue?
Yes viveksu that is correct. Already had a log in, worked fine even with NIS 2012 installed October 2nd or what not; but as of December 1st (we will say) the page isnt working correctly because apparently walmartcreditcard updated THEIR site
Marvin; I'm not sure i understand what you mean but I think I do lol.
Actually heres the thing. So I visit a website that allows me to log in; I bookmark it. I log in with my credentials and NIS asks me to save it. Years and years later each time I visit the same website I bookmarked years ago, when NIS doesnt fill in the blanks I FREAK OUT lol (jk). I do not use NIS' login to direct me to the page...........yeah maybe 3 times per year do I ever click the identity safe button scroll down to the website I want to log in and have NIS direct me to the page and log me in.....I use bookmarks :)
So when I visited walmart credit card log in, usually its enter username; hit submit; enter password, hit submit.
Its a bit different and NIS isnt catching it. Well actually it isnt all that different but again NIS isnt detecting my password to be filled in the blank :(
Well I re-submitted the issue, unless i just was waiting for a confirmation back from this thread to begin with. Meaning a few of you were helping me but I was awaiting a final thought of 'report it' and since I didnt, well I didnt (make sense lol)

Hi ltolman,
What Marvin suggested is to try and completely remove the login from NIS ID Safe and then log into the site manually and see if ID safe prompts you to save the login information and if so whether it works again for subsequent logins.
To remove this site from ID safe go to Settings > Web > Identity Safe > Edit Logins. Then scroll through the list and find the entry for this website and click Delete in the upper right corner.
Alternatively (and it might be qucker) you can go to the ID safe browser toolbar, find the entry for this website and then right click and select Delete Login.
You may wish to Export your ID safe first so that if this does not help you can Import it again and have this login back. The Export and Import options are same settings page I mentioned above. If you Export I would suggest setting a password for better security.
This may or may not work but sometimes it does so it is probably worth a try.
Please let us know how it goes.
Also, thanks for reporting the site via the browser toolbar.
