I have not seen quite this same questino answered yet. I'm still using Windows XP, Outlook express for email. When I see a message I want flagged as spam, I select "This is Spam" and I get the prompt about sending an email to help Norton reclassify this as spam. I do not want to do that, so I say no (but I've tried saying yes as well and there was no change in the following behavior). Then it asks if I want to add this to my blocked list and I say yes. There is no error message, but my blocked list remains unchanged - I can view the blocked list by bringing up the Norton window, and I can see that nothing has been added to it - I have only 3 items in the blocked list. I should have about 30.
I can add to the blocked list "manufally" but of course that's much more annoying than doing it through the email client.
I also tried setting it so that everything I fflagged as spam wouldl automatically go into my blocked list, but that does not work either. No error messages or anything, just no new entries in the blocked list unless I put them their explicitly myself from the Norton window instead of through the email client.
Any ideas?
