Anti spam not available in new OE mail folder

Hi, I have just created a new IMAP mail folder in Outlook Express but there is no Norton Antispam sub folder.

All the other folders such as Inbox, Sent items, Drafts etc are there.  If I click the Norton Anti Spam button top left the options 'this is spam' etc are not available. 

The Antispam works fine in the original (POP3) folder.
