Tried and tried to put Norton antivirus on my new Kindle Fire 8 tablet and when I try to download it says you have no device when I am on the tablet. Need help.
This is because the Kindle devices use the FireOS. Although it is based on Android, there are enough differences that Norton is not compatible with those devices.
