No new Antiphishing Defs since 10/11/2017 at 03.06.39 local time (+ 9 hours forum time)?
Glad the "10 pages" trick worked, and thanks for the Web Protection Definitions storage path.
Cheers!

...You are stuck at 16 Oct. 2017 because you had reached 10 pages of entries in Identity, and although new Defs continued to be downloaded to your system, they did not appear in the Identity section because of said maximum 10 page capability...
Hi Rainbow_2:
Thanks for the confirmation. I cleared the 10 pages of entries in the Identity section of my security history and new Antiphishing definitions are now being logged correctly.
I was also able to confirm that new Antiphishing defs are delivered by LiveUpdate with Norton Web Protection Definitions and are stored in the Norton installation folder at C:\Program Files\Norton Security with Backup\NortonData\22.x.x.x\Definitions\WebProtectionDefs on my 32-bit machine.

Thanks.
According to my security history I haven't received an update for my Antiphishing Defs since 16-Oct-2017 (set 20171016.005). I don't know if that's because I don't use Norton Identity Safe or if I actually have a problem on my computer. I have 10 full pages of entries in the Identity section
You are stuck at 16 Oct. 2017 because you had reached 10 pages of entries in Identity, and although new Defs continued to be downloaded to your system, they did not appear in the Identity section because of said maximum 10 page capability - nothing to do with using Norton Identity Safe, I don't use it either.
Do you know where the Antiphishing Defs are stored on the hard drive?
Sorry, I don't.

However the issue must have been fixed since New defs have finally been released. After more than two days I received the following new Antiphishing Defs about half an hour ago:
Category: Identity
Date & Time,Risk,Activity,Status,Recommended Action
14/12/2017 00:27:05,Info,Antiphishing definitions version 20171213.300 downloaded,Detected,No Action Required
Cheers.
I see evidence of recent publishing activity being queued up - I'm expecting it to go through "soon".
I don't have insights into if there were special bottlenecks responsible for publishing delays - will generally ask.

Hi Rainbow_2:
According to my security history I haven't received an update for my Antiphishing Defs since 16-Oct-2017 (set 20171016.005). I don't know if that's because I don't use Norton Identity Safe or if I actually have a problem on my computer. I have 10 full pages of entries in the Identity section of my security history and I remember I had glitch a few years ago where the security history wasn't purging older entries and updating the security logs once I had reached 10 pages of entries even though new definition sets were being installed on the hard drive.
Do you know where the Antiphishing Defs are stored on the hard drive? I checked at C:\Program Files\Norton Security with Backup\NortonData\22.9.1.12\Definitions\WebProtectionDefs and it says there I have v20171211.310 (created 13-Dec-2017) but I don't know if that's the correct folder where the Antiphishing Defs are located.

All: I have the latest NS update to version 22.11.2.7, rebooted and ran live update multiple times. No change in the Anti-phishing definitions.

Update: I concur with Rainbow_2 last post entirely. No change with antiphishing def's, avalanche of reputation revocation updates which are in fact rather large in size.

Monday morning - 10.20 AM local time (1.20 AM Forum time) - UPDATE:
Situation unchanged - Antiphishing Defs still stuck as per my above post .
P.S. In return, I am receiving an avalanche of Norton Reputation Revocation List updates as never before and which do not protect my system.
DELETED.
Looks like the Antiphishing status thread may need updating.

Morning everyone - Checked both the HP and Gateway gamer systems a short while ago. Zero identity updates show in history. Ran manual live update and got one revocation list update. Note: Overnight there were 6 live update sessions performed on all my systems. The only one showing a identity definition is the Lenovo laptop which I performed R&R on last evening. Its still stuck at 10/11/2017 03:06:39,Info,Antiphishing definitions version 20171109.008

Sunday morning - 8.55 local time -UPDATE:
Antiphishing Defs are still stuck at 10/11/2017 03:06:39,Info,Antiphishing definitions version 20171109.008 downloaded,Detected,No Action Required (as said above time is local = + 9 hours Forum time 06.06.39 PM on 09/11/2017)
Hey!! I cleared all the entries and refreshed on the two gamers. Then nothing appeared after the refresh. Rebooted and ran updates. Nothing downloaded and still no entries. I did an R&R on this laptop and its all good to go. Ran backups on all three computers as well just in case this is a bigger issue than what I am seeing. The def's are probably up to date so I will wait until tomorrow to see if new def's download before R&R on the other two.
Cheers
Hi Terry,
When Antiphishing defs reach 10 pages in history, new defs will not appear but they should be downloaded/installed all the same although without appearing in history. Clicking Clear Entries at the bottom of page 1 of 10, as per your screenshot, will cancel all those 10 pages and new Antiphishing defs versions will appear again.
When my page 1 of 10 is nearly full, I take a capture of the last part (the most recent part) of page 1 of 10 (just as a reminder), then I click Clear Entries, and the new Antiphishing defs will appear again as they are installed.
Maybe this is your case?
