Antispam gone from my Norton 360 Deluxe

1. Thank you for the link but I don’t want to buy any other anti spam

2. But using search in the new updated version of Norton 360 does not show up anything with ‘antispam’ ‘spam’, nor ‘device security’ which the support pages suggest you can use to turn it on or off.

Your ‘Antivirus’ setting page screenshot is the one I have and as I say there is no ‘antispam’ to be found anywhere on it or via the search function. So thank you I will look into the spamfighter, as you say it seems to be free for home use although the initial download is free for a trial you can then choose to stay using the free version or pay for the pro version. Will see how it goes!!

We have removed the Anti-Spam functionality because we weren’t able to provide the correct level of user experience we wanted. This only applies to the spam filter itself. The rest of the email security features have been retained in Email Protection.

Thank you for making it clear about Norton not having a specific antispam. Can confirm I have downloaded the spamfighter and it has already started to filter out rubbish and I like the tool on the Outlook ribbon.

Just wanted to say thank you again for pointing me in the direction of the spamfighter download. It is behaving very nicely and easy to use to educate it about blocking or unblocking.

Perhaps Norton should add a note somewhere that this is a good alternative to their old spam tool which they no longer provide?
