AntiSpam OE Hook Launcher problem after upgrading to NIS2011

I recently upgraded my NIS2010 install to NIS2011 on my 32-bit WinXP SP3 system.


Since that time, I've been seeing error dialogs that say "AntiSpam OE Hook Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close".


Here's some detailed information:


AppName:  asoelnch.exe

AppVer:  18.1.0.37

ModName:  asoelnch.exe

ModVer:  18.1.0.37

Offset:  00001a6d


Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to copy all the error information to the clipboard, but I took several screenshots of the dialogs and found the temporary file associated with the error reporting.  Those screenshots are attached in an RTF file (compressed in a zip file to make it small enough to attach), and the temporary file is also attached.
