I'm running Windows 7 64bit Office 2010 64bit Outlook with NIS 2011. I get the error "Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in." when I try to activate the Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I've been searching to try to find anyone else with the same difficulties. Does this have to do with the 64-bit nature of everything? Norton says everything is up-to-date.
Any help is appreciated.
