I would like to suggest that the antitheft site add to its current functionality of Locate, Lock, Sneak Peek the ability to Scream, Wipe and Unlock found on the SMS features. The antitheft site should provide all the features from the SMS in addition to the Sneak Peek.
There are various scenarios that you could utilize the additional functionality by using a computer to access the antitheft website without having to reach other people to send a SMS command with your SMS password.
This would set Norton above their competitors in the mobile security.
Thank you,
Richard
A sensible request richard_av.
You can already unlock the device using the website. If you lock the device from the website the screen changes to offer you the option of unlocking it.
The other features are however currently lacking. I would suspect that they will appear in some future iteration but your request may well have brought that date forward. :-)
Another useful feature needed on the antitheft site is to be able to click on Find Current Location Now instead of the Location Frequency setting which in my case is set to 1 hour which is the lowest setting.
Thank you,
Richard
Another suggestion is to use GPS instead of Wifi when a person clicks on the request feature of "Find Current Location Now" to provide the most accurate location.
I make this request based on JoeK's explanation from this thread from November 2011.

It would be beneficial to have NAT use GPS whenever you sign into the NAT website and automatically refresh the location data. You can start with Wifi (if exists) and proceed with using GPS. To provide a better user experience, place a notification that the website is attempting to locate the phone by GPS so the user is not wondering why it is taking so long to get the current location after sign-in or "Find Current Location Now". Then refresh the location once the GPS has acquired a location.
This is different from Lock Device which increases it's frequency to locate the phone to every five minutes and uses GPS.
I hope the above makes sense.
Thank you,
Richard
