Sobald ich Norton 360 installiere, habe ich die in «Systemsteuerung \ Alle Systemsteuerelemente \ Sicherheit und Wartung \ Zuverlässigkeitsüberwachung»
Kritische Ereignisse, Anwendungsfehler, RstMwService.exe Nicht mehr funktionsfähig (jedesmal nach dem neu Start des Computers).
Aber der Gerätemanager sagt, dass die betreffenden Geräte einwandfrei funktioneieren

Danke für den Tipp, löst leider mein Problem nicht.
Ich habe den PC komplett neu installiert, nur mit WIN 11 Treiber und Microsoft Defender. Danach keine kritische Fehler.
Habe kein RAID installiert und BIOS Intel Rapid Storage Technologie OFF. Sobald ich Norton 360 installiere habe ich den kritischen Fehler RstMwService.exe Nicht mehr funktionsfähig.
Mit NRnR kann ich deinstallieren oder reparieren. Sobald Norton aktiv ist, kommt auch der Fehler nach dem booten. Dennoch zeigt der Gerätemanager Softwarekomponenten bei Intel je das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei.

Storage Manager latest from Microsoft Store.
If norton is installed the RstMwService.exe simply will not run.
I turned off both Product Tamper Protection settings. Disabled every thing I could possibly disable. Auto scan, safe web, firewall, email protection, everything…
Even added it to the scan exclusions.
If Norton is installed the Intel Raid Service will not run!
Remove Norton and the service runs like a champ.
Used to be intermittent, but now it simply does not work.
I too have removed Norton so my raid service can be managed.
