any idea what "arp sweep delay interval" is?

Found this:

"Firewall setting ARP sweep Delay Interval" changed

Old Value 0

New Value 120

 

Then I see it again with

Old value 120

new value 0

 

then again with \Old Value 0

new value 120

 

what is this about?
