ANY NIS-USERS EVER USE MALWAREBYTES (FREE) ''DDS' =DETECTION TOOL?

I realize that this board does not 'solve' other companys problems but i'm only asking as a user of NIS (as others are on this Board)   'if' any NIS users  also have MalwareBytes program (free)  & have had success using that program's ''DDS' download to detect what software is running on his/her computer inorder to send that log to MalwareBytes for review since what i saved to 'quarantine' could be a 'false-positive'...

I did write them and that is what they want me to do - a text-attachment of the 'bug' in quarantine + downloading &  running the DDS tool then attaching the findings also because they suspect a 'false-positive'.  . i don't understand 'why' that matters (false-positives that is) = thought if a 'bug' is caught it's just a matter of deleting from a program - that 'finding' the bug is what matters ... but then i lack knowledge of all of this ....

Tried my best finding information on a Malwarebytes forum to no avail, and I  Can't post because trying to become a poster isn't ''taking'' (mystery -recognition isn't putting my application for membership thru !) i gave up !  thanks in advance - edythe
