VPN from Norton 360 works great for all internet connections on an Apple iPhone 6+,& Ipad Mini 4. HOWEVER, On my HP desk machine running the latest version of Windows 10, AOL mail will NOT load when on an AOL secure link after the password is entered. Instead AOL redirects you to a non-secure site, "GUCE.ADVERTISING.COM", where it hangs up and will go no further eventually displaying that the site cannot be found. If I turn off the browser,delete the browser cache, turn off VPN and then reopen a browser & go through the log-in, AOL works normally. As soon as the log-in is complete and the mail display shows, I can turn on VPN again and continue with no problem.
Also note that there is NO conflict and no problem running VPN when I open my Outlook email!
The same AOL/Guce problem exists on Edge, Internet Explorer, & FireFox. There is a problem somewhere between VPN, W-10, AOL and the browsers. Can anyone shed some light on this with a fix?

Personally I think it is the filtering software attached to the websites we’re going to. They see that we are coming from a VPN and for some reason that makes them unhappy. So they do what they can to make us turn the VPN off. It’s sort of a double bind as sites with advertising or cookies. If you don’t approve advertising or cookies you don’t get access to the site. In this case if we use a VPN we can’t have access to the site. IMO That’s more a problem on their end then from Norton, And we should be complaining to the ministry eaters running that website more than the code writers here at Norton.
machead is on to the actual issue here. It is not the VPN software causing the issue, but some sites block VPN access for different reasons. It may be legal or just for geo blocking.
As noted you would need to contact the web site(s) concerned to see if they have a work around.

There is definitely a conflict with AOL running in Windows with VPN active.
I get this from Huff post and captcha verification before proceeding from Google on my iPhone XS- turning off the VPN and reloading the page removes the redirect. Have you tried specifying a local (for me its USA) in the VPB
