AOP 4.7 Urllist with reboot

Hi everyone,
Today on my NIS 2010 17.7 + aop 4.7 on Vista sp1 32bit I have received 23,5 MB of AOP Urllist Update that required reboot.
Previously Urllist updated never asked me reboot.
The today reboot request is it normal?

AOP = Add-on Pack for NIS -> the parental control for NIS 2010 ver 4.7.0.4

It may have been the result of a minor version update, as the last version on the website is 4.7.

Minor version updates are logged as “AOP Engine Update”
This was “aop urllist update” so I was stranged by reboot request.
