App Advisor by Norton makes the audio function in my Nook HD (android) tablet turn on. As long as App Advisor is on, the audio function stays on and I cannot turn it off or access the menu at the bottom of a book in the reader. I can turn off App Advisor while reading books, but hopefully Norton will fix this glitch. To turn App Advisor off in a Nook HD tablet, tap the gear setting at top of tablet screen, tap All Settings, tap Accessibility, tap App Advisor by Norton and turn it off or on. App Advisor does not show up in apps. It installs itself in the Nook's Accessibility menu and not the apps menu.
